Evaluation of GDPR requirements for three categories of data subjects: consumers (consent to data processing/consent to receive marketing materials/cookies and compliance of privacy policy with legal requirements / checking whether data is not stored longer than necessary); cooperation partners (consent to data processing/privacy policy) and employees (consent to data processing, consent to photography/filming at corporate and private events/privacy policy).

Existence of the data processing policy and compliance with the requirements of the law; impact assessment on data protection – assessment of the need, compliance, if it already exists.
